1 of 8: Yes, since you've been made head investigator of the case, you now have the legal authority to demand access to every room in the tower without exception.
2 of 8: Someone with a legal background seems the best person to ask for that access.
3 of 8: You'll need to see him early in the day anyway to solve another problem.
4 of 8: Head to the library on the 21st floor and speak to Hubert De Nolent about accessing the building in its entirety.
5 of 8: He will tell you that to obtain the keycard you need, you will have to speak with Lorenzo Battaglieri.
6 of 8: You will find him in the most obvious place.
7 of 8: He's in his office, on the 22nd floor.
8 of 8: He will give you the access card as soon as you talk to him, without any complaint.
