How can I prove the relevance of this weapon?

  • 1 of 8: There are two incriminating pieces of evidence on the gun itself.
  • 2 of 8: One is the obvious thing you'd expect to find on a weapon handled with the hands.
  • 3 of 8: There is a fingerprint which can be extracted and then photographed.
  • 4 of 8: It's on the trigger, or just beside it.
  • 5 of 8: Secondly, a slightly more visible piece of evidence is apparent on the barrel of the gun.
  • 6 of 8: Towards the lower side, about half way down.
  • 7 of 8: Can you see the series of small scratches in the wood there?
  • 8 of 8: Photograph those too; they may help tie this gun to the location it was fired from -- a question we need to solve in a later mandate.
