1 of 3: Here's one thing: when you do actually kill them, pick up a part of their body so they don't reincarnate.
2 of 3: For me, I usually didn't attack. I used the Invisibility Rune on myself and my team members I picked up in the Faerie Realm to walk right past them or beat them without them even knowing it.
3 of 3: But after awhile, you may get bored, so use the Shadow Sword and destroy them. However, when attacking, do not have the Invisibility Rune or it will be harder to hit them. If they see you and try to hit you, they won't move from their position, unless you do. That makes them easier to hit.
