Stonekeep Hints

Spinning Spikers

  • LOCATION:
    The First Level of the Tower Of Shadows

    DESCRIPITION:
    - Bronze coloured cylinders, armed with lots of spikes

    ATTACK CHARACTERSTICS:
    - They float in front of you and spin those spikes and if you touch them, its going to hurt a lot
    - And when they die, they explode in a fire ball which can hurt you if you're not approximately 3 steps behind them

    SUGGESTIONS FOR KILLING THEM:
    To crush them, use a hammer or an axe, but be careful.  They will explode and hurt you when you kill them, so try to fight from a distance.  I mostly used a sword and when they started to explode (they take 2 seconds to fully explode), I backed up about 3 steps and was fine.

    As for the giant invincible one, you'll have to lead him into a porticullus.  More help is available in the hint section dealing with him under "The First Level of the Tower of Shadows".
