Stonekeep Hints

Fire Elementals

  • LOCATIONS:
    The First Level of the Tower of the Shadows
    The Second Level of the Tower of the Shadows
    The Third Level of the the Tower of the Shadows

    DESCRIPITION:
    - The look like huge flames floating around on little small cylinders

    ATTACK CHARACTERSTICS:
    - If you touch them, it will hurt a lot
    - But sometimes, they get really mean and throw about 3 oil bombs' worth of fire at you which can take off up to 100 health points

    SUGGESTIONS FOR KILLING THEM:
    First, you will need a magickal shield to protect them from their mean attacks (unfortunately, if you have a Shadow Weapon, you are using two hands, so you can't hold the shield).  To kill them, use ice weapons, like the ice hammer or ice sword from The Caverns of Ice, even though it still might take some time. 

    I used the Shadow sword and did fine anyway.  Remember that they can throw fire at you, so don't get stuck in a dead end.  Make sure you're out in the open where you can move around.
