1 of 4: Find Sedarys in Ahzidal's chamber and talk to him about what happened until you get two options on what to do with him.
2 of 4: If you say he can't go unpunished, he'll turn hostile, forcing you to kill him. You can then get the unique ancient nordic pickaxe named Hoarfrost from him (if you didn't pickpocket it earlier).
3 of 4: However, it's better to let him go. When you return to Raven Rock later on, you can find him in the Retching Netch tavern. Talk to him to make him a follower, then take Hoarfrost while trading items with him.
4 of 4: To leave the barrow, go through the open sarcophagus that's in the back of Ahzidal's chamber and down a tunnel. At the other end of the tunnel, pull the chain to open the gate, then read the black book that's on the pedestal to start the "Black Book: Filament and Filigree" side quest. Either do that quest or return without finishing it, then use the lever in the next room to raise a spiral staircase that can be used as a shortcut back to the exit.
