Speak with Isran.
1 of 4: Fast-travel straight back to Fort Dawnguard, if you can. The screwy world map may give you problems trying to scroll it all the way over there, so you may have to fast-travel to an intermediate destination (such as Stendarr's Beacon) first.
2 of 4: You'll appear a ways back from the fort, so make your way down the path to reach it.
3 of 4: When you get to the point where Durak was practicing with his crossbow earlier, quicksave, then proceed slowly. There are three vampires on the path ahead, but you can avoid combat with them if you sneak slowly forward until you hear the other Dawnguard members fighting them.
4 of 4: After it's over, talk to Isran to get the next two objectives, which can be done in either order.
