  • 1 of 8: These directions start at the spot where you can pass through the huge wall that divides the region into two sections.
  • 2 of 8: Go down the steps so that you're on the north side of the wall, then go straight north until you reach a large structure with a giant soul gem hovering over it.
  • 3 of 8: There are actually two such structures in the area, and you'll want the one that's a bit farther north than the other one.
  • 4 of 8: Go up the stairs on the south side of the structure, then go forward until you have to turn left.
  • 5 of 8: Just past that, turn right, then turn right again when you can. You'll find a Daedra heart and some soul husks on a large stone block.
  • 6 of 8: Turn right past the stone block, then keep going until you come to where there are two right-side areas. One has a sack of soul husks, and the other one has a little teleporter basin.
  • 7 of 8: Jump into the basin to be teleported onto the structure's roof, then go up the stairs to find a chest with a soul essence gem in it. (As usual with these giant floating soul gems, eat a soul husk as soon as it starts draining your health.)
  • 8 of 8: Take the soul essence gem to fully restore your health, stamina, and magicka to their earlier amounts, then look on the floor next to the back end of the chest to find page 9 of Jiub's opus.
