Kill the Nords.
1 of 2: Follow the rieklings east to Bujold's Retreat, then either help them kill the five nords there or let them do all of the work. (Note that it can help to cast spells like Healing Hands on the rieklings when they're lying panting on the ground.)
2 of 2: Once all five nords are killed, you'll get the next objective.
