Recruit Sorine Jurard.
1 of 4: The best way to get to Jurard is to start at the orc stronghold named Mor Khazgur. See the Markarth section of the World Map Exploration Guide in the main Skyrim hint file if you haven't discovered it yet.
2 of 4: Head straight south from Mor Khazgur until you find Jurard near a small outdoor dwarven ruin section.
3 of 4: Talk to her until you get a persuade option, then try it. If it doesn't work, you'll need to get her a dwemer gyro.
