Defeat Bujold.
1 of 4: Use the large chamber to maneuver around while fighting Bujold. After you kill her (or maybe even before), the quest will end.
2 of 4: If you go back to the Thirsk Mead Hall, Kuvar will talk to you as soon as you enter.
3 of 4: If you tell him the truth, he'll dislike you from then on, and you'll lose out on his Heavy Armor master trainer services. It's better to lie and say you don't know what happened to Bujold.
4 of 4: Either way, you can look around the fully restored mead hall for loot (mostly food and wine), and you can talk to the nords to get miscellaneous quests. Also, Elmus will be a food merchant, and Halbarn Iron-Fur will be a blacksmith merchant when he's outside at the forge during the day.
