How can I get that door open?
1 of 12: For a clue, read Gratius' journal in your inventory.
2 of 12: Near the end of the journal, he mentions swinging the Bloodskal Blade in different directions.
3 of 12: The blade's description tells you that it emits a damaging energy whenever it's used for power attacks, so try power-attacking the stone door.
4 of 12: That doesn't do anything, so look around for something else that might work.
5 of 12: There are horizontal lines of glowing red energy on both sides of the door. Maybe power-attacking them will do something.
6 of 12: Standing power attacks won't do anything, presumably since they're vertical in nature, and the red lines are horizontal.
7 of 12: So try doing a sideways power attack. They're kind of tricky, since you have to be moving left or right when the power attack is started in order to get a horizontal motion going.
8 of 12: After you sideways-power-attack each of the red lines, the rocks will shift, and you'll then see vertical red lines on each side.
9 of 12: That means you need to do a standing power attack on each side.
10 of 12: NOTE: If you do the right type of power attack and nothing happens, it's because the sword's energy emission didn't hit the red glowing line. Try aiming directly at the line while doing your power attack.
11 of 12: After the two standing power attacks are done successfully, you'll need to look up at the new horizontal energy lines and do two more sideways power attacks on them.
12 of 12: Once that's done, move up to the center of the stone door and do a standing power attack to open it.
