Black Book: The Winds of Change
1 of 7: The black book that starts this quest is in the Raven Rock Mine, and can only be found while doing the "The Final Descent" side quest.
2 of 7: Reading that book will put it in your inventory and get you transported to Hermaeus Mora's special Oblivion plane, known as Apocrypha. If this is your first visit, Mora will give you a verbal intro, and then you'll get this quest.
3 of 7: From where you start, sprint down the bridge to avoid some tentacles, then go up some stairs and kill a seeker.
4 of 7: Past some more stairs, use a "scrye" device to open a gate, then go through it and look for another scrye device that'll open another gate. (Watch out for the seeker that's just past that gate.)
5 of 7: Past another scrye-opened gate is a large pool that a lurker will come up out of. Try to sneak-shoot it, then retreat while pelting it with arrows or spells.
6 of 7: Use the two scrye devices in the room (one of which is up a ramp) to open a gate and extend some stone steps, then go up the steps to reach a raised platform with some treasure and a huge copy of the book that this quest is named after.
7 of 7: Activate the book to open it, then aim at a spot a ways above each of the glowing green circles to get prompts for Scholar's Insight, Companion's Insight, and Lover's Insight.
