Recover evidence from Severin Manor.
1 of 4: Go to Raven Rock's west end to find Severin Manor, then crouch down before entering.
2 of 4: Tilisu and Mirri Severin will be nearby, and will immediately turn hostile. Try to sneak-attack them before they see you (or quickly use an Invisibility potion and sneak by them).
3 of 4: Go down the stairs and straight forward to a door, then open it and look against the room's SW wall for the Severin family safe.
4 of 4: Either pick the lock on it or get the key from Mirri's body, then take the document titled "The Ulen Matter."
