Search for the treasure of Haknir Death-Brand.
1 of 3: If you're level 36 or higher, you can get this quest by reading any copy of the book titled "Deathbrand." There's a copy of it on a table in the eastern downstairs room in Raven Rock's temple. (Note that you can also get it as a rumor from Geldis Sadri in the Retching Netch tavern.)
2 of 3: Your destination is Haknir's Shoal, up near the NE corner of the island.
3 of 3: Go there and kill all three of the pirates, then loot the pirate captain to get a map that'll start the "Deathbrand" side quest.
