Plant the taproot.
1 of 3: Leave the apothecary structure and go down the ramp, then look to the right of it (while facing it) for another ramp.
2 of 3: Go up it and enter the Tel Mithryn tower, then activate the large glowing thing to float yourself up to the main floor.
3 of 3: Move around the central railing until you reach the large quest-arrow-marked glob on the wall, then activate it to plant a soaked taproot.
