Examine a Briarheart warrior.
1 of 4: After Neloth casts a spell on you, return to Skyrim and visit some of its forsworn camps in search of a briarheart.
2 of 4: If you'd rather not have to fight a lot of enemies, you could go to Bard's Leap Summit, where you'd only have to fight two hagravens in addition to the briarheart.
3 of 4: Other areas likely to have briarhearts include Broken Tower Redoubt, Kolskeggr Mine, Lost Valley Redoubt, Red Eagle Redoubt, and Sundered Towers.
4 of 4: After you kill a forsworn briarheart, activate his body and choose the "harvest briarheart" option.
