Talk to Neloth.
1 of 3: Loot Ildari's upstairs area, then use the lever that's at one end of the small stone bridge to lower some spears.
2 of 3: Past them, go up the stairs and use a pull chain to open a shortcut to the exit.
3 of 3: Return to Neloth and report Ildari's death to get a random magic staff, plus official membership in House Telvanni (not that that means much).
