Which of these seeker items should I choose?
1 of 3: You can choose any seeker item you want now, and then change it later by reading the "Black Book: The Sallow Regent" that's in your inventory to come back here and choose a different one from the huge book. (Note that a hotspot to return to Solstheim comes up after you choose a seeker item.)
2 of 3: Each seeker item manifests itself as a constant effect:
Might => all combat skills are 10% more effective Sorcery => all spells cost 10% less magicka, and all enchantments are 10% more powerful Shadows => all stealth skills are 10% more effective
3 of 3: Note that the Seeker of Might effect increases the Smithing skill's effectiveness, allowing you to improve weapons and armor a bit more. Likewise, the Seeker of Shadows effect will increase the Alchemy skill's effectiveness. Remember that the next time you plan to make potions or improve some equipment -- come here and get the appropriate effect first.
