Enter the column of light and read the Elder Scroll (Blood).
1 of 2: Go back down to the circular rock that you got the Draw Knife from, then step on the nearby bright light.
2 of 2: Read the Elder Scroll (Blood) item in the "Books" section of your inventory, then wait to get the next objective.
