Locate the East Empire Pendants for Fethis Alor in Raven Rock.
1 of 6: Find Fethis Alor at his outdoor merchant stall in Raven Rock during the day, and ask him if he sells any special mining gear.
2 of 6: The East Empire Pendants he wants can all be found in locked strongboxes called "East Empire Company Strongbox."
3 of 6: To start with, sneakily pick the lock on the Alor House, then go down the stairs and look on the table that's at the back of the southern room.
4 of 6: Pick the lock on that strongbox and steal its pendant, then go ask Fethis Alor if he's still buying East Empire pendants. He'll take it and pay you 500 gold for it.
5 of 6: Besides that one, there are nine more to be found in Raven Rock.
