Speak to Gelebor.
1 of 2: Find Knight-Paladin Gelebor near the Shrine of Auriel. (Note that you can use the shrine to get a temporary boost to your ranged-weapon damage.)
2 of 2: Talk to Gelebor, then wait while he talks to Serana. After he talks to you again, you'll get the next objective.
