The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Locate Cindiri's Folio from the wreck of the Strident Squall.
1 of 4: Find Cindiri Arano in Raven Rock (often in Morvayn Manor) and ask her about something she's lost, then agree to try to locate the book for her.
2 of 4: Go to the Wreck of the Strident Squall and kill off the resident reavers, then enter the ship and look for the folio.
3 of 4: You'll find it in the large, fancy chest that's next to some rocks down in the above-water portion of the hold.
4 of 4: Take it and return to Raven Rock, then give it to Cindiri Arano to get a random, leveled piece of magic jewelry.
