(Optional) Ask carriage drivers about the Moth Priest.
1 of 3: Go to the stable of any city that has one and talk to the carriage driver.
2 of 3: Ask if he's seen a Moth Priest, then try to persuade him to tell you.
3 of 3: If you can't, then either bribe him or do one of the other two optional objectives that gets you the same information.
