(Optional) Visit the College of Winterhold to ask about the Moth Priest.
1 of 3: NOTE: You'll only have this objective if you ask Serana where a Moth Priest would actually go.
2 of 3: See the main Skyrim hint file to learn how to join the College of Winterhold faction and gain access to the College buildings, if you haven't already done so.
3 of 3: Follow the quest arrow to Urag gro-Shub in the College's Arcaneum building, then tell him you need to find a Moth Priest. (Note that he won't make you bribe him or pass a persuade check.)
