1 of 2: Storn said that you'll need the Word of Power that can be learned at Saering's Watch, so travel there next. (Note that if you've already been there and learned the word, you won't get this objective.)
2 of 2: Kill off the resident dragon and draugr, then make your way up the ruins to the Word Wall, where you can learn a word of the Bend Will shout.
