Use the "Bend Will" Shout on the Wind Stone.
1 of 3: Spend the soul of the dragon you just killed to unlock the word of the Bend Will shout that you just learned, then travel to the Wind Stone.
2 of 3: Select the Bend Will shout on the spells menu, then walk up next to the Wind Stone.
3 of 3: Hit the Shout key to blast the stone with the Bend Will shout, then wait for the next objective.
