The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
Search for Baldor Iron-Shaper.
1 of 3: The quest arrow points to the Abandoned Lodge, so go there to find four Thalmor soldiers guarding the place.
2 of 3: Kill all of them, then search them to find a key that'll let you enter the lodge.
3 of 3: Once inside, turn left and go down the stairs to the basement, then check its far corner to find Baldor Iron-Shaper. Talk to him to get the next objective.
