Retrieve the Stalhrim Source Map.
1 of 6: Leave the lodge and travel to Northshore Landing, then approach the dock to get a Thalmor soldier to talk to you.
2 of 6: You can then provoke him and his comrades into combat, after which you can take the Stalhrim map from the body of the wizard named Ancarion.
3 of 6: Your other option is to say that you have business to discuss with his leader, then board the boat and talk to Ancarion.
4 of 6: You can try to persuade or intimidate him into giving up the whole idea and handing over the map, but he and his men will turn hostile if you fail.
5 of 6: The third option is to say you'll help him get stalhrim weapons. You'll still have to pass a persuade check, though. The difference is that the Thalmor will stay there, and you can supposedly return later on and sell Ancarion stalhrim armor and weapons. The trouble is, he'll always have zero gold and little or nothing to sell, and therefore won't ever be able to pay you for them.
6 of 6: One final option is to sneakily pickpocket the map from Ancarion without talking to him at all.
