How can I get the key from the north side area?
1 of 4: Past the north gate, move down the passage until you reach a large room with three closed spear gates on its other side.
2 of 4: Moving past those spears will cause five draugr, including a deathlord, to rise up and attack you. You might want to quickly retreat and try to take them on a few at a time.
3 of 4: After you kill the deathlord, loot its body to get the right half of an amethyst claw. That's the key you're after.
4 of 4: Get a word for the Battle Fury shout from the nearby Word Wall, then look along the south wall for an open sarcophagus with a cave tunnel past it. You can use that tunnel to shortcut your way back to the central chamber. (Note that you'll need to use a pull chain at the end of the tunnel to open a secret door.)
