The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints

Find the main burial chamber.

  • 1 of 6: Use the two keyholes that are west of the fire pit to open the way to the next pedestal, then figure out how to get across to the other side of the watery chasm.
  • 2 of 6: Right past that is another watery chasm, this one with some corrupted shades in it. As before, quicksave, use the handle on the pedestal, and then move onto each magic platform as it appears.
  • 3 of 6: After you're past that one, there'll be two more to do, each one moving a bit faster and being a bit twistier than the previous one. If you ever fall in to a chasm, you should quickrestore and try again, memorizing the platform's pattern to help you know which way to turn after each move.
  • 4 of 6: Past the last one, go through an iron door and down a short hallway to find a puzzle lock door.
  • 5 of 6: Past the puzzle door, go up a bunch of steps and use a pull chain to open the gate that leads to the main burial chamber.
  • 6 of 6: Cross the chamber while avoiding all the fire-spewing pressure plates to get Vahlok the Jailor to rise from his sarcophagus.
