Slay Arch-Curate Vyrthur.
1 of 4: Attack Vyrthur while he's focusing on Serana, then drop down and circle around the wayshrine structure to help you avoid his attacks while taking shots at him.
2 of 4: A high magic resistance would be a huge help here. Use some of the items you've gotten that give temporary magic resistance, like the soul husks and soul husk extract potions you found in the Soul Cairn.
3 of 4: If that's not enough, retreat to the narrow passage and use summoned creatures to block its entrance so Vyrthur can't reach you.
4 of 4: Once you kill him, you'll get the next objective.
