Which dragonborn item should I choose?
1 of 2: You can choose any item you want now, and then change it later by reading the "Black Book: Epistolary Acumen" that's in your inventory to come back here and choose a different one from the huge book. (Note that a hotspot to return to Solstheim comes up after you choose an item.)
2 of 2: Each item manifests itself as an enhancement to a particular shout:
Force => Unrelenting Force does more damage, and using all three words may disintegrate enemies Flame => when you kill an enemy with Fire Breath, a fire wyrm appears and fights for you for 60 seconds Frost => Frost Breath encases enemies in ice for 15 seconds
