What am I supposed to do with the book pedestals?

  • 1 of 7: Put the four special books that you've collected on them.
  • 2 of 7: When you activate an empty pedestal, you'll get a list of all the special books that you have in inventory, and can choose which one to put on the pedestal.
  • 3 of 7: Your only clues are the names of the books and the symbols that are on the pedestals.
  • 4 of 7: For instance, the SW pedestal has a large, fanged mouth shown on it. Which book might go with that?
  • 5 of 7: "Gnashing Blades" is the closest fit, so activate that pedestal and choose to put "Gnashing Blades" on it.
  • 6 of 7: Go around the room and decide which books go on the other three pedestals. It gets easier each time, since you'll have one less book to choose from than you did the previous time.
  • 7 of 7: Put "Prying Orbs" on the pedestal with the eye symbol, "Boneless Limbs" on the pedestal with the tentacles symbol, and "Delving Pincers" on the pedestal with the two pincer-like symbols.
