How do I use either type of special elven arrows?
1 of 3: You'll have to be outside during the day to do so.
2 of 3: Equip the special arrows you want and Auriel's Bow, then aim up at the sun in the sky. (If you can't see it due to clouds, use the Clear Skies shout.)
3 of 3: Let loose an arrow to cause all nearby enemies to be heavily sun-scorched (if you're using Gelebor's Sunhallowed elven arrows) or to shroud the sun in darkness for the rest of the day so vampires won't suffer any sunlight penalties (if you're using Serana's Bloodcursed elven arrows).
