What all ways are there to kill this guy without getting a bounty?
1 of 5: You can talk to him and say to come with you. If you can pass a persuade or intimidate check, he'll become a sort of "bonus" follower. (If you already have a follower, he can stay with you.)
2 of 5: Lead the traveler off somewhere out of town to kill him, or fast-travel somewhere away from any settlements. If you encounter hostiles, he may be killed by them. If not, kill him yourself.
3 of 5: If you have a weapon that you can use to one-shot kill the traveler while sneaking, that may work even in town if no one directly witnesses the event.
4 of 5: If you have the Poisoned perk for the Pickpock skill, you can sneakily pickpocket poisons into the traveler's inventory. Note, though, that you may still get a bounty when he dies.
5 of 5: If you have a strong Frenzy poison or spell, you can use it on the traveler when there are guards nearby to hopefully get the guards to kill him for you. (Though note that this might get you a small bounty.)
