Return to Garan Marethi.
1 of 6: When two of the vampires from the castle run into the room, wait until they turn hostile, at which time you'll get the next objective. (TIP: You can get a preemptive strike on them while they're arguing.)
2 of 6: After you get back to this objective, go through the door at the south end of the room to return to the Redwater Den area.
3 of 6: Go through the open sarcophagus at the other end of the passage, then go through a door to end up behind the dealer's protected counter.
4 of 6: If you got someone's Redwater Den Backrooms key before, you can open the counter's barred door with it. Otherwise, pick the lock or pickpocket the dealer's key.
5 of 6: Exit the den, then return to Castle Volkihar. (Note that using Redwater skooma from now on won't knock you out, but it will blur your vision a bit.)
6 of 6: Enter the keep and follow the quest arrow to Marethi, then talk to him to get the next quest.
