Speak to the Moth Priest.
1 of 3: Talk to Dexion Evicus and say you're glad he made it safely, then continue the conversation until he agrees to read Serana's Elder Scroll.
2 of 3: All you have to do then is wait until you get the next three quests.
3 of 3: NOTE: After finishing this quest, several of the Dawnguard members will be available as followers. However, you won't be able to hire them yet if you're "stuck" with Serana. See the first objective of the "Chasing Echoes" quest.
