The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Game Add-Ons (DLC) Hints
New Shouts
As with all other shouts, you won't be able to unlock these and use them until after you finish the "Dragon Rising" main quest.
Drain Vitality => This shout drains health, magicka, and stamina from the targeted enemy.
* Arcwind Point
* Word Wall in Dimhollow Cavern (first objective of "Bloodline" main-line quest)
* Word Wall in Forgotten Vale (fourth objective of "Touching the Sky" main-line quest)
Soul Tear => This shout will drain a target's health, cast Soul Trap on him briefly, and reanimate him when he dies.
* Use the Summon Durnehviir shout anywhere in Tamriel to learn the first word.
* Use the Summon Durnehviir shout anywhere in Tamriel a second time to learn the second word.
* Use the Summon Durnehviir shout anywhere in Tamriel a third time to learn the third word.
Summon Durnehviir => This shout summons the dragon named Durnehviir.
* All three words are taught to you by Durnehviir (last objective of "Beyond Death" main-line quest).
