Find the Aetherium Forge.
1 of 4: Use the lever on the floor of the newly raised dwarven elevator to descend.
2 of 4: Go up to the closed gate, then look to the right of it for the lever that opens it.
3 of 4: Move along the path past the gate until you reach two sets of steps, then go up either one to reach some ruins with a closed gate.
