2 of 3: It's on a shelf next to some fire salts and regular void salts.
3 of 3: Go up the stairs to the lab's upper floor, then go down to its other end to find the shelf. (Note that you may have to take the fire salts and/or regular void salts before you can take the purified void salts.)
