Enter the Soul Cairn.
1 of 2: Walk down the steps that lead into the portal to return to the previous objective (assuming you aren't a vampire).
2 of 2: When you return to this objective, walk back down the stairs to enter the Soul Cairn and get the "Beyond Death" quest.
