How can I buy some land in Falkreath Hold to build a house on?
1 of 5: Do tasks for Jarl Siddgeir in Falkreath's Jarl's Longhouse until he says you have his permission to purchase property in Falkreath Hold. (This will happen after you kill a bandit leader for him.)
2 of 5: He refers you to his steward, Nenya, so go talk to her about it.
3 of 5: When you inquire about purchasing a house, she'll tell you that you can buy a piece of land for 5000 gold.
4 of 5: If you have that much, hand it over to get the Lakeview Manor Charter, which is your title to the land.
5 of 5: Check the world map to see that there's a new marker for Lakeview Manor a ways north of Falkreath, south of a large lake.
