How can I buy some land in Hjaalmarch Hold to build a house on?
1 of 3: Do the "Laid to Rest" side quest, then talk to Aslfur in Morthal's Highmoon Hall.
2 of 3: When you inquire about purchasing a house, he'll tell you that you can buy a piece of land for 5000 gold.
3 of 3: If you have that much, hand it over to buy the land, then check the world map to see that there's a new marker for Windstad Manor a ways to the NE of Morthal.
