1 of 3: Find Gorm in Morthal's inn after 6 pm and ask if there's something bothering him.
2 of 3: Agree to take his letter to Captain Aldis, then go to Solitude.
3 of 3: You'll find Aldis standing around in Castle Dour's courtyard during the day. Talk to him about Gorm's letter to get 20 gold for delivering it.
