1 of 4: After you finish the "Laid to Rest" side quest, talk to Jarl Idgrod Ravencrone in Morthal's Highmoon Hall and ask if there's anything else she needs. Say it would be an honor to get this objective.
2 of 4: The easiest way to get two "help credit points" is to chop some firewood at any wood chopping block, then sell some of it to Jorgen (at the mill at the north end of town) and some to Hroggar (if you didn't kill him during the side quest).
3 of 4: Another easy way to get a point is to sell some iron ore to Gestur Rockbreaker at Stonehills. (Note that you can mine some ore in Rockbreaker Mine, but he'll accept any iron ore no matter where it came from.)
4 of 4: After you've gotten credit for helping three people, this objective will be completed.
