Convince Atar to leave Sauranach Mine or Convince Ainethach to sell ....
1 of 2: Go to the mining town of Karthwasten and find either Atar or Ainethach. Atar is usually inside the Sanuarach Mine, and Ainethach is usually in or near the Karthwasten Hall building.
