The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Hints
Deliver the Stallion's Potion to Raerek.
1 of 4: Talk to Bothela in the Hag's Cure store in Markarth. Mention the store's unique name, then agree to take a potion to Raerek for her.
2 of 4: Enter the nearby Understone Keep, then go forward and up some stairs to find the Jarl's throne room.
3 of 4: Raerek will probably be either in the throne room or the private quarters area that you're not allowed in. If he's in the private quarters, it's best to wait until he leaves them.
4 of 4: Tell Raerek that you have a delivery from Bothela, and he'll give you a leveled amount of gold.
