Deliver Rogatus's letter to Leonitus.
1 of 3: Go to the Salvius Farm near Markarth and talk to Rogatus Salvius. Ask him about his son being in Old Hroldan, then agree to take a letter to him.
2 of 3: Go to Old Hroldan and follow the quest arrow to find Leontius Salvius.
3 of 3: Tell him you have a letter from his father, and he'll give you a small leveled amount of gold.
