Find Hrolfdir's Shield for Igmund.
1 of 3: After doing the "Kill the leader of [random forsworn camp]" objective and reaching level 20, ask Jarl Igmund if he has any more work for you. (If you don't get that conversation option, try again later.)
2 of 3: Go to the randomly chosen hagraven nest and fight your way through it until you reach the quest-arrow-marked container.
3 of 3: Take Hrolfdir's Shield from it, then return to Jarl Igmund and say you've brought him Hrolfdir's Shield to get a random, leveled piece of armor.
